• What information do we collect?

  We collect only information that is required to process your order or inquiry.  Personally identifiable information that we collect includes your name, address, phone number(s), email address, credit card number (if you pay with a credit card) or bank account routing number (if you pay with a check).

• What do we do with it?

  If you request to be added to our mailing list, we will use your email address and street address to send you notices of upcoming shows, events and product announcements.

  We will use your financial information only to process a pending order.  Credit card and banking information is shared only with our bank or credit card clearing agent, and only in the context of that order.  We do not keep credit cards "on file".

• Who else do we share it with?

  No one.  We do not sell or exchange your information with anyone, unless you ask us in writing to do so.

• How long do we keep it?

  We keep sales information for 5 years, after which all paper copies are destroyed and all electronic records are archived off line.
