dissembled. Even in sleep impossible
clean of line. Textbook adornment
next to binning the arcane. Liaisons?
no, lectures. Metronomic & uneventful,
done in rude browns & blacks. White
chocolate jar petals. Crowded linear
perspective studied counterpoint.
Idle weeds/sustaining corn. Binning.

 

Adjustment Period

Their glacial deliberations
still the recuperative waters.
Recumbent disclaimers aside,
we're in a fix. Disease is just
a constellation of symptoms
& the dream of endless rooms.
The battered narrative can't
stand the telling. Door-to-door
icons need not apply.

& facile premonitions,
the half-weather of speech,
