During the regular New York State Fall deer hunting season, Upland Game Preserve specializes in guided bow or shotgun deer hunting. The Finger Lakes region has produced some of the largest deer taken in New York State during both archery and shotgun season.

We can accommodate individual or group hunts. Our tree stands are comfortable and strategically placed. Alternatively, deer drives can be arranged for larger group hunts.

A New York State Hunting License is required for deer hunting. Archers are also required to purchase a Bow Stamp. Handgun hunting is allowed for hunters with a NYS handgun permit. Deer Management Permits (to allow doe hunting) must be submitted to New York State by early September. Permit quantities are limited and regulated by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
